At Oklahoma Interactive there was a proprietary content management system that had been developed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. By utilizing the universal templating system, the basic templates of the sites created within the CMS were intended to match the state portal, however there were a number of variants, and the ability to customize the styling and build-out for any site to completely customize the look and feel.
